Through discussions with you and by inviting employees to take our unique online survey, we gather important insights to understand the health and wellbeing needs of the women in your organisation. All data is anonymised and managed by our team, which gives employees the assurance and confidence to answer openly.


Step 2

Using evidence gathered from our employee survey, we work with you to develop and deliver a bespoke Women’s Wellbeing Programme. This could include training, workshops, coaching for women and adjustments to organisational policies and practices. Whether you are a start-up or a large corporation, we are here to support you every step of the way.

We know return on investment is important. That’s why we evaluate the impact of our work. We do this through employee evaluations, focus groups and assessment of key performance indicators.
