Supporting Employees with PMDD

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is a hormone-based mood disorder which affects around 1 in 20 women. Yet, most people have never heard of the condition. PMDD can make work incredibly difficult for some people and many are afraid to ask for support if they need it. We want to change that!

Duration: 1-2 hours

Aimed at:

  • Managers (especially of female employees)

  • HR Professionals

  • Occupational Health Professionals

  • People working in Organisational Development / Inclusion & Diversity

By the end of the session, attendees will have:
